Absolutely! I always tell my clients and students that if you can breathe, then you can do yoga. Its all about the breath. It’s all about coming to a still place and just sitting and breathing.
Anyone can do yoga and the more you practice, the more postures you will be able to do, its all about the breath and the practice.

I only use Organic Essential Oils and always make sure that I get the best quality oils to ensure maximum healing benefits from them. I try to use as many organic ingredients in my products as possible, again to ensure not only that everyone feels the benefits of these natural remedies, but also to ensure the wellbeing of all on our planet and that anything I use is as natural as possible and doesn’t harm or impact anyone or anything in the environment.
