This Ancient system of health incorporates so many different styles and elements, but ultimately its an approach to life that can completely transform mind and body and practiced regularly, it can help enhance and improve your daily life.

There are so many different styles and approaches to practicing Yoga, but ultimately. it all comes down to the breath, By working with the breath and moving with the breath and even using the breath as a meditation,, allows us to focus, to ground, to release tensions, to centre, to create space and of course it allows us to breathe with more ease and bring about a sense of calm and inner peace.

There are so many aspects to yoga, not just the physical movement and postures. The breathing techniques and the cleansing techniques and the hand Mudras and energetic seals, along with meditation, can all done by everyone and all can see and feel the benefits of this ancient system of Health.

Julia specialises in working with people with asthma and breathing conditions and also those with arthritis.

she brings her own experiences and understandings of these conditions, along with the knowledge she has gained by studying and using yoga herself and is able to guide and show you how yoga can help and can encourage to also learn and understand the benefits of a regular yoga practice.


One to One Bespoke Yoga Sessions

One to One Sessions allow you to learn and practice with Julia who will assess and teach you and tailor each session to you personally.

Sessions will include Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and an Ayurvedic approach and depending on what she regards as beneficial to your personal wellbeing, each session might also include some Aromatherapy, mantras, mudras and Sound Healing.​

Each Session will allow you to see and feel the benefit of all that Yoga has to offer us as individuals and how it can enhance your whole wellbeing.​
